nbjee Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the nbjee platform — including the website, casino lobby, sportsbook, promotions pages, and any associated mobile interface — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must cease using the nbjee platform immediately.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these terms and any translated or paraphrased version, the English text shall prevail in all circumstances.

To register an account and participate in any activity on the nbjee platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. nbjee is strictly an 18+ platform. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate registrations, agent accounts, and registrations made on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all stages of the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing nbjee from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing nbjee is lawful in your location.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active nbjee account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, shared payment methods, or VPN or proxy services to obscure identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending balances will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the nbjee platform.

Account Registration

Registration requires the provision of a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and confirmation of your date of birth. Upon successful registration, you will receive a verification email to the address provided. Your account becomes active once the email is verified. nbjee may, at its discretion, request additional documentation at any point to verify the identity of any account holder.

As a registered nbjee account holder, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account and your conduct on the platform:

Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your nbjee login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nbjee strongly recommends enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication on your account, which is available as a free security feature to all registered players.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. nbjee will not be held liable for any losses, charges, or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact nbjee support immediately via live chat.

Accurate Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your nbjee account remains accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your registered email address, residential address, and payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension pending verification.

Sole Use of Account

Your nbjee account is strictly for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct transactions using your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of who physically performed it — is your sole responsibility.

All financial transactions on nbjee — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nbjee supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on nbjee is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are processed in real time and credited to your nbjee account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on issuing bank processing times.

nbjee does not charge any processing fee on deposits made using standard supported payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside nbjee's control. All deposits must be funded from a payment source held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC identity verification prior to processing. nbjee will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are typically processed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on the card issuer. nbjee does not charge withdrawal fees on standard methods; however, your payment provider's own terms may apply.

Anti-Money Laundering

General Bonus Conditions

New nbjee accounts may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Where the correct outcome cannot be determined with certainty, nbjee reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and refund the stake. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbjee platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method to fund your nbjee account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, poker hands, or sports betting markets for mutual financial benefit.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or employing betting strategies specifically designed to clear bonus wagering with minimal risk exposure.
• Money laundering: Using the nbjee platform as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their criminal origin.
• Unauthorised automated access: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with the nbjee platform in any way, including for placing bets, navigating the interface, or extracting data.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting nbjee support to resolve the underlying issue. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account suspension and potential legal action to recover disputed amounts.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting a pricing error, technical glitch, or any other platform error to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings generated through known or obvious errors are not valid and will be voided.

Either party — the player or nbjee — may close or terminate a nbjee account at any time. The procedure and consequences of closure differ depending on the initiating party and the reason for closure.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their nbjee account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — rather than simply closing permanently — are encouraged to consider the self-exclusion option, which provides a structured break from gambling without permanently forfeiting account history. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion and are processed within 24 hours of request.

nbjee-Initiated Closure

nbjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where it determines, acting reasonably, that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to nbjee.

Where nbjee closes an account due to a proven breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including verified funds — may be forfeited in proportion to the severity of the breach, and at nbjee's reasonable discretion. The player will be notified of the closure and the reason for it via their registered email address, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation.

Dormant Accounts

An nbjee account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. nbjee will attempt to contact the player at their registered email address before applying any dormant account policy. Players with dormant accounts are encouraged to contact support to reactivate their accounts and arrange withdrawal of any available balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of applicable law. nbjee makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction beyond what is disclosed in these terms. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the nbjee platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
